Space from Anxiety
This programme addresses the issues at the heart of your anxiety - intolerance of uncertainty; and the intense and uncontrollable worry that occurs. You will:
- Learn to manage your worry through effective techniques such as worry time and problem solving.
- Build techniques and skills to help you to manage your experience of uncertainties and manage your worry in a more balanced way.
Space from Anxiety consists of eight modules, complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately eight weeks. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to gain control of your anxiety.
